Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders from (US). This policy is intended to ensure that you are fully aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By placing an order at this store, you agree to the guidelines contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

• Based on weight and destination.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Generally, shipments are in transit for 3 – 5 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM

Order handling time is 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday).

C. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at orders@freezedriedcravings.com

D. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
